How many Macs?
One license works on up to 3 of your own Macs.
Will I be charged again?
No. Every option is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself.
What happens when my update period ends?
The versions released during your update period keep working forever. To get newer versions, add 1 more year for $9.99, counted from your current end date (or from today if it has already passed). Lifetime never needs renewing.
Does sync cost extra?
No, all three options include it. Your data is stored in your own iCloud Drive, WebDAV or GitHub Gist.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. The license stops working after a refund. See the refund policy.
Where do I get my license?
After paying, click "Done" on the checkout page. You'll land on our success page with your license and a copy button. Please keep a copy.
My statement says Waffo or Waffo Pancake.
That's expected. Waffo is our reseller (Merchant of Record): it handles payment, invoices and taxes, so its name appears on receipts and card statements.
