Welcome to Ledge. By downloading or using Ledge, or buying Ledge Pro, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Ledge Tools is run by an independent developer ("we").
1. What we sell
- Ledge is a macOS menu bar utility, free to download. The free version can be used indefinitely.
- Ledge Pro is a software license that unlocks Pro features. It is a digital product delivered on the website right after payment.
- You can try Pro free for 7 days. After that you return to the free version and keep your data.
2. License scope
- One license is for your personal use on up to 3 Macs you own.
- Depending on the option you buy, it includes 1 year, 3 years or a lifetime of free updates, starting on the purchase date. Versions released during your update period keep working forever; versions released after it ends require a renewal.
- You may not resell or publicly share your license, or crack or bypass license checks.
3. Prices and payment
- 1 year of updates $19.99, 3 years $39.99, lifetime $49.99; 1-year renewal $9.99. The pricing page and checkout show the current price.
- All purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as our reseller (Merchant of Record), which handles checkout, invoices and applicable taxes. Your statement may show Waffo.
- In some regions checkout shows your local currency; the checkout amount is what you pay.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. The license stops working after a refund. See the refund policy.
5. Third-party services
Some features use third-party services you configure yourself (online OCR, translation, AI, image hosts, iCloud, WebDAV, GitHub and so on). Their availability, fees and data handling are the responsibility of those providers under their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
Use Ledge lawfully. Remote control and keyboard/mouse sharing may only be used on your own computers or computers whose owner has agreed.
7. Disclaimer
- Ledge is provided "as is". We work to fix problems but do not guarantee error-free operation on every Mac.
- Cleanup, uninstall, Hosts editing, battery management and similar features change system settings or delete files. Check before you confirm, and back up important data.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for Ledge Pro.
8. Termination
We may deactivate a license that is resold or shared publicly, or whose order was refunded or charged back.
9. Changes and governing law
If these terms change in an important way, we will update the date above and note it on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is a dispute, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.
